Manage reception area, answer phones, emails and manage referrals from clients and other healthcare providers
Carry out administrative duties, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
Greet clients when they arrive in clinic
Assist with scheduling of appointments and maintaining calendars
Assist with marketing, emails, social media, text etc
Support day to day business operations
Provide daily and weekly data analytics and reporting
Provide administrative support for therapy and management team
Liaise with a wide variety of clients and referrers
You will oversee managing the office, including equipment, stationery, and supplies
Handle invoicing and payment collection
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Provide high-level assistance to CEO/Manager









Experience in administration or reception work
Have highly developed organisational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines, high attention to detail and dealing with conflicting and vary demands
Demonstrated ability and knowledge of a range of computer programs including Microsoft Office and patient management software would be desirable
Knowledge of ACC’s systems would be advantageous but not essential
Have experience with social media and marketing advantageous
