DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Admin Support at Hibiscus Neuro Rehab, you will:

  • Manage reception area, answer phones, emails and manage referrals from clients and other healthcare providers

  • Carry out administrative duties, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning

  • Greet clients when they arrive in clinic

  • Assist with scheduling of appointments and maintaining calendars

  • Assist with marketing, emails, social media, text etc

  • Support day to day business operations

  • Provide daily and weekly data analytics and reporting

  • Provide administrative support for therapy and management team

  • Liaise with a wide variety of clients and referrers

  • You will oversee managing the office, including equipment, stationery, and supplies

  • Handle invoicing and payment collection

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

    • Provide high-level assistance to CEO/Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Beneficial Skills and Experience

  • Experience in administration or reception work

  • Have highly developed organisational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines, high attention to detail and dealing with conflicting and vary demands

  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of a range of computer programs including Microsoft Office and patient management software would be desirable

  • Knowledge of ACC’s systems would be advantageous but not essential

  • Have experience with social media and marketing advantageous

Was highly recommended to visit for sessions with Sarah and her team earlier in July-2022. Had minor stroke at 50 and the first 90-120days said to be most critical.
